What currencies does your invoicing system support?

USD, EUR, AED. You may also receive transfers in other currencies, however it will be automatically converted to AED as per bank exchange rate.

Can I have my brand name?

Yes, you can create different brands and use it for invoicing.

Can I open a bank account?

Yes, we will issue you salary certificate to open a bank account.

Can I get a Schengen visa?

Yes

Will I get a refund if the visa is rejected?

If your application is rejected, we do refund the amount we have not used for the application, for every stage of the process we make payments. Depending on what stage of the process the application gets rejected, the remaining amount is refunded back.

Can I get just the visa?

No, there is no option to purchase a visa alone without license/work permit.

Do you have an installment option for the package price?

Yes, if you have an active UAE bank account you can check your eligibility for installment plan on Postpay application as we have a tie up with them. It has a limit of AED 11500 only.

Can I sponsor my dependents?

Yes, you can sponsor your dependents while staying under our freelance visa. You can do it directly in the Immigration, or you can avail this service from us.

Can I visit any hospital with my basic DHA plan insurance?

No, you can only visit clinics and cannot walk-in to the hospitals. For hospital visits you need upgraded medical insurance which can be done through us or any other company at an additional cost.

Can I upgrade the insurance plan? Do I have to do it through you, or can I do it with any other company?

Yes, you can upgrade the insurance plan at an additional cost. You can do it with us or with any other company.

Can I travel in and out of the UAE?

After your process is completed, you can travel in & out of the UAE with no restrictions. As per immigration regulations, you must, however, ensure that you enter back into the country within 6 months to keep the visa valid.

How to cancel the freelance visa?

You submit to us a request to cancel the visa and we send you cancellation papers to sign, after that you receive your cancellation certificate. The entire process takes 5 working days and it is free of cost.

What are the basic requirements to apply for a freelance visa?

To apply for a freelancer visa on mainland, you’ll need the following: · A Passport Copy · Tourist / cancelled / visa on arrival · Photograph · Completed Application form · Payment for first year of permit.

How long does the whole process take?

It takes about 3-4 weeks (20-22 days) to complete the whole process and if you choose VIP medicals for AED 750 then the time get reduced by 1 week. If you previously hold an Emirates Id, then you might not have to do the biometrics.
